You may request a return within 30 days​ of delivery if:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes tags.

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on my part.

  Note:​ Digital products, custom items, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable.

2. Refund Process​

• Submit a return request via email to support@quantexa.lol​ with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days​ (processing times vary by bank/payment provider).

3. Non-Refundable Situations​

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

• Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

• Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made items, or final sale products.

• Original shipping fees (unless the error was mine).

4. How to Initiate a Return​

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (e.g., damaged item or packaging)

  I will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a shipping address.
