1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes tags.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on my part.
Note: Digital products, custom items, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
Submit a return request via email to support@quantexa.lol with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (processing times vary by bank/payment provider).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made items, or final sale products.
Original shipping fees (unless the error was mine).
4. How to Initiate a Return

Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (e.g., damaged item or packaging)
I will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a shipping address.
